Deputy Nurse Manager Full time - £25.26 p/h Belfast My client in the West Belfast area is seeking a Deputy Nurse Manager to ensure the highest standards of patient care are delivered through the effective, efficient and safe running of their nursing home Role Overview: Overseeing daily operations in the absence of the Nurse Manager Contributing to strategic planning and business improvement for care excellence Assisting the Nurse Manager in managing all aspects in the daily running of the home including staff management, overall responsibility for standards of resident care Responsibilities: Managing staff, uphold care standards, and ensure compliance with regulations Conducting patient assessments, coordinate admissions, and monitor care plans Implementing infection control measures and maintain cleanliness standards Overseeing medication management, equipment maintenance, and supply usage Supporting staff development, recruitment, and performance management Maintaining accurate documentation and handle administrative tasks efficiently Qualifications: Nursing 1st Level Qualification with NMC PIN and leadership experience in a care setting Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills Please note, this employer can not consider candidates requiring sponsorship at this time.
