and play a pivotal role in supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the home.
Key Responsibilities as a Deputy Care Manager:
Assist the Manager in efficiently and compassionately running the home.
Supervise staff and work in a direct care capacity on a day-to-day basis.
Report directly to the Home Manager or their appointed representative regarding all performed duties.
