Hampton’s are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our Clients specialised care home situated in the picturesque surroundings of Derby. The company is committed to providing exceptional care to individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism, Mental Health conditions, and or Physical Disabilities. This home is brand-new with the expectation of opening late July 2024!The home is a large 6 bedded property currently undergoing the renovation process. Boasting a large forecourt / private garden and Therapeutic barge situated a stone’s throw from the property in their own licensed canal plot.The grounds where once homed to a family business and dog kennel which will be converted into high spec secure units for the staff on site. This breath-taking project will show case the commitment our client has to achieve the best possible outcomes for the Children in their care with a therapeutic approach.Role Overview:As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to the Children and young people. Your leadership will drive our commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for children within their care.Main responsibilities and duties:To provide leadership and management of the home.To deputise as manager in RM absenceTo provide on call supportTo maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, incl.
