Residential Deputy Manager Needed in StourbridgeHoward Finley Care are currently recruiting for a Residential Deputy Manager to work within my clients gorgeous care home in Stourbridge. You will be entering a company that thrives of a high standard of care and one that enjoys promoting their employees and residents in all the right ways and places.About You:A passionate and dedicated deputy manager that likes to go the extra mile.To have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care as a minimum.Ability to listen, observe and take the right actions when needed.A thorough knowledge and understanding of current dementia and elderly care.To be familiar with existing CQC regulations.Valid UK driving licence is desirable.Full time, permanent contractSmall sized care home registered for 30+ residents.Elderly and Dementia Care'Good' Rated CQC on 3 areas.Collaborate with the home manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the care home ensuring compliance with regulations and adherence to quality standards.Provide leadership and support to the care team fostering a culture of empathy, respect, and excellence in care delivery.Assist in developing care plans and a person centered approach for residents with dementia promoting their well-being and quality of life.Conduct regular assessments, review, and evaluations to maintain high-quality care standards and implement necessary improvements.Act as a point of contact for residents, families and external stakeholders addressing inquiries and ensuring effective communication.To be discussed within interview.Other benefits include:To be discussed within interview.If you are interested in this role, please apply with your most up to date CV.
