Job Title: Chinese Speaking Retail Manager
Location: Colindale
Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum
Role: Permanent – Full time
 
Overview

We are recruiting for a fast growing supermarket that is passionate about growing their team and delivering great service to their customers to create long lasting relationships.
Ideal Candidate 

• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
• Previous experience in fast moving consumer goods
• Experience in a fast paced supermarket environment
• Confident in carrying out hands on tasks
• Passionate about retail and building strong teams

 The Role – Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with staff rotas, shift arrangements, absences, and sick leaves management.
• Oversee and supervise day-to-day operations of all departments including distributing the workload evenly and that motivation and performance levels are maintained.
• To organise, delegate, manage and monitor performance of staff including maintain a welcoming, safe environment, identifying and minimising all potential risks to users of premises, the Company and property.
• Stock control and management including shrinkage and wastage management.
• Supervise staff members including coaching and motivating teammates to meet and exceed expectations.

Commutable Locations: Colindale, Alperton, Stratford
