You Will Have:

• Prior management or supervisory experience leading teams in a service or sales retail environment. The specific industry matters less than your experience and capabilities, making applications welcome from those with backgrounds in luxury, beauty, fashion retail, supermarkets, department stores, DIY and similar sectors.
• A proven ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
