As the Deputy Manager you will support the delivery of the high-quality care that this provider is known for.�����������

Working closely with the Home Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with the general management of the home. You will inspire a team to make sure they help every resident to enjoy the best possible quality of life which means leading by example and monitoring care standards.����������

The Candidate������������

As the Deputy Manager, you will need to be nurse qualified (RGN/RMN) and experience working with elderly residents is desirable. Finally, you will be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment. ������������

Nursing home experience (Essential) ��������

Experience as a Unit/Deputy manager or Clinical lead (Essential) �������

This role is based within the Stevenage area and would be a suitable commute from Hertfordshire, Luton, St Albans, Hitchin, Harlow, Bedford, Aylesbury, Leighton Buzzard, Biggleswade, Bishop's Stortford, Watford, Enfield and Essex. ��
