About the Service & Company:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Hospital Director to lead a fantastic specialist service for men and women with learning disabilities and autism.
This is a 20 bed hospital located in Grimsby, in a relaxed local environment close to the coastal town.
With a CQC rating of Good, we provide treatment and rehabilitation programmes in a domestic setting to replicate community living rather than a ward environment.
As the Deputy Hospital Director, you will be working for an established, stable, and agile company with over 8,000 employees and a unique approach to the delivery of care. About the Role:


  • You will be working alongside the Hospital Director for budgetary oversight
  • You will provide strong leadership in the hospital environment, managing and influencing both the clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver great healthcare
  • You will promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all service users, employees and visitors
  • You will ensure that the service complies with regulatory requirements and CQC standards
  • You will deputise for the Hospital Director and be required to attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders


About You:


  • You will be a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RGN) and have an active NMC pin
  • You will have experience and a passion for supporting people with learning disabilities and autism
  • You will have a good understanding of statutory regulations
  • You will have leadership experience within a clinical setting and improving clinical quality and service user care
