Deputy Home Manager

Permanent, full time, contracted hours of 44 per week, includes weekends on a rota basis and some on call duty.
33 Hours operational floor shifts, 11 hours supernumerary
About our Home:
We are looking for an organised and caring Deputy Manager to join our established team at Dovehaven House.
Dovehaven House is a purpose built EMI care home that provides quality care for older people who may be suffering from such problems as; Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, personality and/or behavioural disorders as well as the numerous forms of dementia. Our EMI care home is a 40 bedded home providing both long term and respite care.
We pride ourselves on both the friendly, welcoming atmosphere of our home along with our maintaining the highest standards of care for our residents. Dovehaven House has a great rural location with countryside views in the North West of England, yet remains within easy reach of Southport.
The home is maintained to very high standards and our team provide a secure, happy and welcoming atmosphere for all residents and visitors.
About the Role:
