Deputy Home Manager

Work as Deputy Home Manager of a beautiful Residential Dementia service in Merseyside, close to the Huyton area of Liverpool. The Home has some exciting new changes and has recently opened a brand new nursing unit. We are looking for an experienced Deputy to work with the Registered Manager; you will be responsible for leading on the floor, and supervising the provision of quality care to ensure all residents' needs are met and their individuality and dignity is honoured. The service is rated as Good in all areas with the CQC.
We are looking for an experienced Deputy, who has a thorough understanding of CQC regulations, DOLs applications, Safeguarding policies, and Care plans.
The role of Deputy Manager is full time, 48 hours per week working 4 days from 8am-8pm, and will include alternate weekend working. The salary is £14.50ph, plus paid breaks, with an annual salary of £36,192.
You will be an excellent leader and mentor, have good time management, be well organised, able to liaise with external agencies, lead on the floor, and deputise for the Home Manager.
