Deputy Home Manager - Children's ResidentialAre you looking for a rewarding, full-time permanent role which offers stability with a progressive company who genuinely care about their employees?Are you keen to work with an outstanding provider who offers excellent career development and progression opportunities?If so, a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker role within a children s residential home could be the right choice for you!Role: Deputy Home Manager Childrens ResidentialSalary: up to £34,815 (plus £65 per sleep-in)As the Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager, working within a children s residential home that offers support for up to three young people aged between 11-18 years who are experiencing extreme trauma and are at high risk of further exploitation, by remaining in their current communities.Responsibilities:Supporting the Home Manager to develop a positive, nurturing environmentTo be responsible for the admin and childcare functions of the home in the absence of the registered managerSupport with the training and development of employeesEnsuring Ofsted compliance and quality standardsMaintaining up to date knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.Promoting quality standards, policies and procedures and legislationSupervision of team leaders and key workersRequirements:Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is essential.
