We have an exciting opportunity for aDeputy Head of Healthcareto join ourteam atHMP Featherstone,located inWolverhampton
Hours
Working 8-4pm/9-5pm Monday to Friday
Salary
This position isfull time,you’ll receive an annual salary up to £51000per annum - depending on experience.

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK on a permanent basis and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.What you'll be doingAs aDeputy Head of Healthcare,your responsibilities will vary. You will
Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients by seeking out, listening to and acting on feedback so that patient engagement is at the centre of service delivery. You will also provide day to day operational service delivery and data which has integrity, in a timely manner to meet commissioner expectations.
Deliver non-judgemental, compassionate care within the financial framework that is safe, high quality and in line with CQC requirements. This will be achieved through adherence to policies and procedures and compliance with statutory responsibilities whilst driving excellence.
Inspire trust and excellence in your people by pro-actively leading the service and motivating the team, recognising that our workforce is our most valuable asset. Key stakeholders will be assured knowing we provide a service that people can trust, feel safe within and feel proud of.

Qualifications required
Degree or appropriate equivalent level of experience or clinical qualification
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
Experience of working in CQC or equivalent registered services such as HMIP
Experience of client management or meeting commissioner expectations
Experience developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Understanding of clinical governance
