Deputy Head of Department English (Secondary) To commence September 2024 Main/Upper teaching pay scale including a TLR2b allowance 1.00FTE We are looking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic Deputy Head of Department English, based on our Secondary site, from September 2024. The successful candidate will play a key role within our English department. You will support the Head of English in the strategic direction of the department, the monitoring and evaluation of curriculum provision and subsequent improvement planning, the development of teaching and learning and the line management of staff. You will have high expectations, a commitment to raising standards, possess up-to-date knowledge and understanding of teaching and behaviour management strategies, with a passion to enhance the learning experience of all our students.
