This role includes a clear focus on developing effective middle management throughout the School. An excellent communicator you will be able to inspire confidence amongst pupils, parents and the teaching staff.As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you must be committed to the school’s ethos and aims and to the school’s strategic direction.
