The Deputy Head (Academic) is responsible for the quality of teaching, the recruitment of teaching staff, and the academic progress of students. The role will provide a dynamic environment with ample opportunities for the appointee to develop as a senior leader. They will bring a proven track record of outstanding academic leadership as a senior or experienced middle leader.
