GP Resourcing is a hospitality search firm specialising predominantly in high end, unique and private businesses in London. On this occasion we are looking for a Deputy General Manager (AGM) for a new opening independent gastro pub in Herts.
This Gastro pub is well-regarded to its local community for serving excellent food wine and beers.With seasonal food and real ales served among friendly locals enjoying our famous scotch eggs with their dogs lazing at their feet, a perfect location for a great meal and a few drinks, whether you are in the bar, restaurant. In the restaurant area the kitchen serves a contemporary British menu at rosette standard as well traditional pub food classics, a great range of lagers, cask ales and ciders and an extensive wine list popular as a location for families to enjoy and relax. The right candidate should have at least 1 years experience at management level of a Gastro pub with high knowledge of beers, ales and wines.
Right candidate should also have the following,
An ideal candidate will;
Banking experience.
Proven track records of managing business costs - specifically rotas and Labour Costs.
Ordering and auditing experience.
Love working in a dynamic team.
Come to work full of ideas.
Attention to detail.
Have a genuine love of the industry and have fun with the team.
A strong knowledge of a quality food, wines, spirits and coffee.
Love being on the floor welcoming regular customers.
Manage and monitor room bookings to ensure the rooms are always full.
Understand Sales & Marketing.
Experiencing in shoots.
