Top Job Recruitment are excited to be working alongside a reputable and industry renowned company providing Childrens's Home Service to recruit a Deputy ManagerWe are looking for a Deputy Manager to be responsible for effective day to day running of this residential home.Job Role
To support the Registered Care Manager in ensuring compliance with the company Policy and Procedures and meeting all OFSTED regulations. To ensure that the home provides an environment that is safe and sensitive to the needs of the young people being looked after. To ensure that all staff are familiar with and follow Local Authority Child Protection Procedures To safeguard and promote the welfare and development of the young people. To plan, manage and lead shifts ensuring children are kept safe and engaged throughout the day. To be flexible in hours of work in order to meet tasks required.
Skills Required
Candidates must have their NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare They must also have at least 2 years experiences within Residential Childcare and working alongside young people. Be 22 years old or above Have a valid drivng licence Strong knowledge of Ofsted Regulations.
