REF 28925 - DEPUTY MANAGER - ISLINGTON - £29,000 BASE SALARY + EXTENSIVE BENEFITS.Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative charitable provider of a range of services for Adults and Children with a Learning Disability across London.This provider is seeking a Deputy Manager to work within a new specialist service in the Islington area.The Deputy Manager in Islington will:
* Assist the Team Manager in leading a team to provide the highest standards of care or support.
* Support the Team Manager in ensuring the delivery of quality improvement, safeguarding, health and safety and ensuring the service runs inline with budget.
* Work with the Team Manager to create a supportive working environment.
* Provide direct care and support to individuals.The Deputy Manager in Islington will need:
* Experience of holding a deputy management or equivalent position in a Learning Disability setting.
* Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or willingness to work towards.The successful candidate will enjoy a range of benefits including:
