Deputy Care Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating the daily operations of our day to day running of our domically care company.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support the care team in delivering high-quality care to residents/patients

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans

- Oversee medication administration and ensure proper documentation

- Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and update care plans accordingly

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

- Handle any issues or concerns raised by residents, families, or staff members

- Assist in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations

- Maintain accurate records and reports

Skills:

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Experience in home or assisted living settings

- Knowledge of home care services and practices

- Proficient in supervising and managing a care team

- Familiarity with dementia care principles and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Proficient in medication administration protocols

- ON CALL WILL BE REQUIRED.
