They are recruiting for an experienced, caring and commercially aware Registered Manager for their fantastic office in Aylesbury, to manage, develop and grow the business. Accountable for the Health & Safety of staff and clients; ensuring provision of safe working environments. Continued critical review of processes and practice Attraction, recruitment and retention of care assistants. Implementation of training and induction and maintain training records. Staff rota scheduling Staff and Client checks, service reviews, internal audits, annual surveys, risk assessments and support plans Participate in on-call rota. Record Key Performance Indicators and report to the Director To be a key figure in ensuring the business grows sustainably and within commercial targets.
