The Operations Officer plays a key part in the organisation and smooth running of the school. Available at all times to the Bursar, and working in close cooperation with the Headmaster, SMT and all in the school office, this person must be highly motivated, and have the enthusiasm, drive and energy to deal with the many demands that this multi-faceted post brings. Excellent organisational skills together with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines are essential.The Operations Officer is responsible for a number of tasks intrinsic to the wellbeing of the school, and in view of this, will have strong interpersonal skills. This role is designed to assist the Bursar in the operational running and delivery of maintenance, Health & Safety, fire risk and asbestos management of the school. It will also include working closely with our outsourced cleaning and IT companies to deliver service excellence.
