Our Accommodation site in Cambridge has 80 rooms, providing a home for 16–25-year-olds. Our team of accommodation workers, provide ongoing support and encouragement to the young people living at Queen Anne House, which is located in the centre of Cambridge by Parkers Piece, easy to get to via public transport, or if you travel by car we have free onsite car parking too.
Job Role
Reporting to the Accommodation Manager for Queen Anne House, you will oversee the running of all contracts, taking the lead on day to day running of the service.
Working in partnership with a variety of stakeholders you will ensure a joined-up approach to the delivery of support to the young people we work with and lead the staff team to deliver a high-quality person-centred housing and support service to vulnerable people. You will ensure that the organisations policies and procedures are implemented correctly within the service.
Skills and Experience
You will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Ability to manage and organise teams – happy to be proactive and take the lead.
Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with internal and external agencies.
Well-developed computer skills especially word processing, spread sheets and databases etc.
Ability to write reports, keep case notes, client records and the ability to make and maintain excellent liaison with other agencies.
A proven track record in line management / managing HR
A minimum of 2 year’s work experience in at least one of the following areas: Hostel / Residential Work, Housing Management, Caring profession
Excitement about making positive change and can demonstrate experience of implementing change in previous roles

Contract
In return, we are offering a permanent contract for 40 hours a week and an annual salary of £32,572.80. Additional benefits we offer include:
