Depot Manager

Join a company that specialises in truck-mounted platforms as their Depot Manager in Erith.
THE JOB:
Overall, as Depot Manager you will be responsible for the Erith depot, where you will engage, develop and manage the team of experienced operators and engineers. The job is very varied and includes:�

• Overseeing the hiring of machinery
• Manage the operations to ensure efficiencies
• Ensure staff are well trained and delivering great customer service
• Make sure plant and vehicles comply with requirements
• Health and safety of the depot

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• You must have a similar experience as a Depot Manager, ideally in plant hire or a similar industry
• Professional and able to deliver excellent customer care
• Able to move the business forward
• A full UK driving licence
• Live local to Erith.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• �40,000 - �45,000, dependent on experience
• 20 days holiday + public holiday
• Pension
• Free on-site car parking
