Depot Manager

New multi-site Depot Manager role leading a team of drivers in a leading waste management company.

Reporting to the MD, this is a leadership role managing 80+ HGV drivers, overseeing the day-to-day needs and career-development of a multi-skilled, shift-based workforce.

Responsibilities will include identifying ways to upskill the team, delivering training, managing performance, setting objectives, and problem solving.

This is a career opportunity for a real people-person. Leadership and communication skills are just as important as some experience of working with drivers.

This is a Monday-Friday role, primarily working office hours. Some flexibility will be required as the team works across various locations and on a range of shifts. The role comes with a competitive package including a car allowance.
