Join our Living Places team as a Depot & Fleet Manger and you can build something to be proud of.To support the operational delivery by ensuring depots, plant & vehicles are compliant, fit for purpose and utilised efficiently.What you'll be doingAs a Depot & Fleet Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:Development and management of a multiyear depot repair & maintenance programme, working closely with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to ensure priorities are understood and budgets availableDevelop and manage a contract wide plant & fleet replacement strategy to inform long term investment requirements and support the Balfour Beattys carbon reduction planDirectly manage work undertaken on the depot or vehicles ensuring suitable risk assessment and method statements are in place and teams are set to work safely.Work closely with the wider Operations team to ensure driver and plant operator training & development needs is understood and delivered.
