Duties:
To maintain, service, repair and modify material handling equipment consisting of telescopic and straight mast forklift trucks and ancillary equipment as directed by management, ensuring the high standard as set by the company are met consistently.
Maintenance, service, repair and modification of equipment in the depot
(Telescopic and straight mast forklift trucks and ancillary equipment)
Call outs to customers following a service or repair
Customer feedback / satisfaction surveys
Completion of service reports
3 day breakdown report
Volume of vehicle issues following service or repair
Diagnose faults accurately and timely, and identify correct solutions to rectify
Ensure the service sheets are completed fully and accurate at all times.
