The vacancy:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-motivated and willing qualified Dental Nurse with excellent customer service skills to complement our established staff team at Duston Dental Practice.
We are a hardworking, friendly team who get on well & socialise together. We are looking for someone who will work in surgery and on reception. This is a customer facing role, duties include all tasks conducive to Dental Nursing as well as making appointments, answering phone queries, answering emails, stock control, cash handling and cashing up. Patient confidentiality is essential in this role and an understanding of GDPR is desirable.
The successful applicant may also be asked to undertake other tasks to aid the smooth running of our Practice. We use Exact software; some knowledge of this is helpful but full training will be given if necessary.
