This newly created role is an opportunity to join a well-established business and help lead their highly experienced team of technicians to deliver and streamline their production line.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee day-to-day operations of the dental lab, including scheduling, workflow management and resource allocationManage a team of dental technicians and support staff to ensure timely completion of cases and adherence to quality standardsOversee the production of dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, dentures and implantsTrain and mentor lab staff to enhance skills and foster a culture of continuous improvementMaintain compliance with relevant health and safety regulationsRequirementsStrong leadership and management skillsRecent experience in a dental laboratory settingKnow of dental lab equipment and materialsFamiliarity with CAD/CAM technologyBachelors Degree in Dental Technology or related fieldIf you are looking for an exciting new challenge and the opportunity to become an integral part of a successful business, get in touch with Chloe for a confidential chat on 02392417101
