We have an exciting opportunity in the Denplan Academy Client Training team for a Client Trainer to join the team for 12 months and deliver top quality training to our member dental practices.
Denplan is the UK's leading dental payment plan provider, designed to make looking after dental health easy and affordable. Denplan has been part of Simplyhealth since 2011. Using fantastic product knowledge, you'll be delivering training courses to our dental practices across the East Midlands and beyond. Trainings can be varied, including courses on legislation, team-building, sales, etc.
You’ll deliver regular training at dental practices across your East Midlands patch and will also support the team further afield at regional and national events. We’ll provide you with a company car so you can travel with ease.
Beyond Training, we are looking for someone who takes a consultative approach and loves to build and develop strong relationships, really becoming the point of contact for any questions from your practices.
Other roles and responsibilities include:
• Working closely with the field sales team in order to maximise the results of training, to deliver business growth and retention targets.
• Research and design of new material to add to and enhance the existing training portfolio annually
• Raising and continuing to maintain the profile of the Simplyhealth Professionals Academy brand within the dental profession and within the business
