Our new restaurant launched in June 2023 is the heart of the hotel eating and drinking experience.
Buzzy and fast paced from morning to late, with friendly and informal service in a landmark address.
Located on the ground floor we offer a fine casual all day destination, with outdoor seating overlooking Hyde Park.
We will be serving a breakfast buffet with live cooking stations and an all-day a la carte menu along with a signature afternoon tea. Our modern British approach, combined with traditional and international flavours creates a simple menu perfect for an everyday treat, casual lunch, business meeting or celebratory dinner.

Salary: £14.50 per hour plus service charge.
Paid for all hours worked including overtime based on a 39 hour week

What will I be doing Demi Chef de Partie?
Work the restaurant kitchen
Be part of the kitchen brigade ensuring a well-organised and motivated team
Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
Prepare and present high quality food
What are we looking for?
Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef
Approaches food in a creative way
Positive attitude
Good communication skills
Excellent planning and organising skills
Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings
ELIGIBILITY
In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
Documentation is required at interview stage (for EU Nationals share code requested to check EU Settled/Pre-Settled status)
