Demand Planner
The role:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this
Demand Planner
is a key role within the Supply Chain team where you will develop quickly and have the opportunity to work closely with a driven and fast-growing team
Within role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong forecast accuracy and managing stock levels across our sites
You will develop strong relationships with both our factories as well as our customers, providing a professional and accurate service
You will drive improvements in waste and service levels and lead analyses to help understand route causes
Support and manage seasonal uplifts and promotions
Ideal candidate:
You will have c12+ months’ experience in a numerically focused FMCG role, ideally as Demand Planner or Demand Forecaster
As
Demand Planner
you will need strong communication skills, as well as a numerical and analytical mindset
You’ll be skilled working with cross functional team members by adopting a collaborative working style
Finally, you must have the energy to succeed in this FMCG industry, able to demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, self-starter determination & that all important desire to deliver
