One of my global pharmaceutical clients are urgently seeking a Demand Planner to join their team on a contractual basis, initially until the end of Marc#####25. You will be responsible ccoordinating effective demand forecasting and inventory management for the business, ensuring smooth material flow and a high customer service level. You will also be collaborating with other departments and 3PL to achieve goals.
Your Responsibilities Will include:

Developing demand and inventory policy through analysis of all supply chain factors.

Contribute to the S&OP process to ensure sales forecast and underlying event/assumptions are transmitted to SAP according to best assumptions.

Ensuring demand forecasting data is consolidated and one agreed demand number is produced.
·
Managing the demand and inventory management process for materials under responsibility.
·
Maintaining all finished pack products within agreed inventory parameters to ensure continuity of supply.
·
Ensure all planning parameters are correctly maintained in the master data.
·
Manage the life cycle of the product from launch to pruning phase.
·
Minimising obsolescence costs by effective inventory management and knowledge of demand.
·
Providing financial and volume projections of inventory to supplement decision making.
·
Full control of SAP transactions (MM/SD) by ensuring sales and inventory reconciliation with 3PL.
·
Interface monitoring with 3PL – ensuring correct data flow between parties.
·
Identify stock outs risks and manage the situation with close collaboration with all stakeholders within the CPO.
