Trusted by the world’s best brands, banks, carriers and retailers, we resolve all of our customer’s tech problems painlessly and with the highest levels of care.We support the entire lifetime of the device, from supply, on-boarding, to insurance, premium tech support, repairs or replacements, trade-ins and renewals.About the role:You will-Plan and manage demand utilising customer forecasts and various tools/methods and to execute purchasing recommendations in line with agreed vendor lead times.Build and maintain relationships with our existing vendors.Work closely with Finance, Sales & Operations teams to ensure that any issues are dealt with promptly and expeditiously to ensure the maximum customer satisfaction.Use Purchase Order reports to identify and professionally manage delayed orders.Create and continuously improve reporting for senior management that clearly shows the results of the Inventory & Demand Planning function against SLAs and budgets.Suggest additions to our systems and tools that will enhance both our profitability and our relationships with our clients and vendors.Proactively own and manage the movement of inventory held at Likewize’s DC to ensure optimum availability, whilst adhering to Likewize’s key performance metrics (including but not limited to DOS, Ageing, Provision) and adhering to specific vendor terms.Proactively own and manage OOS and Over-stocks to within Likewize’s key performance metrics, whilst preventing the occurrence of over-ordering by ensuring the purchasing cycle marries up to the sales forecast cycle.Take ownership for driving proactive remedial action to mitigate inventory exposure for Likewize including the identification and resolution of potential future inventory issues, working with internal Sales and the Vendor directly.Ensure all tools are maintained, particularly to coincide with new product launches and product obsolescence.Frequently liaise with other departments within the business to ensure that product information and potential issues are communicated and dealt with in a professional manner.Communicate expected forecasts to key stakeholders to assist in forward planning (Vendor CPFR).Respect the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures.What experience / skills are we looking for?You will need to be an excellent communicator for both our internal and external customers as well as be capable to work to deadlines and targets, you will also have:Desirable background in Purchasing / Order Replenishment / Inventory Management / Planning.Previous experience of working within a tier #1 network. operator is preferrable.PC literate, particularly strong Excel skills.Proven ability to create and foster strong working relationships.What is on offer?Here at Likewize we offer a competitive salary along with an array of perks and benefits to our employees.See below a selection of the perks & Benefits that you would receive as a Likewize employee.Health Cash Plan, covering Dental, Optical, Prescriptions, Health & Wellbeing, Maternity Antenatal appointments & adoptionAccess to a GP at any time with prescriptions delivered to your home or workEnhanced Maternity, Paternity & AdoptionMy Perks that have hundreds of offers available with exclusive discounts and cashback on purchasesA fully paid employee assistance programmeA great team environmentA brand new purpose-built call centre office facilityFree access to the company gymFree onsite car parkingSocial events as well as Christmas partiesEmployee referral programWe look forward to welcoming successful applicants to the Likewize family.www.likewize.comEnsure Fairness & Embrace DifferencesWe believe in fairness – so much so that Fair is one of our core values.
