Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Forecast product demand, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information from sales, marketing, finance, and operations departments.
  • Develop and execute inventory control strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Analyse data trends to identify fluctuations in product demand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply meets demand.
  • Monitor and adjust forecasts using software systems.
  • Prepare and present forecast accuracy reports to management.
  • Participate in monthly sales and operations planning meetings.
  • Assist in the development of the annual operating plan.

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

  • Experience in a similar Demand Planning role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management practices.
  • Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and forecasting software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to travel monthly to European head office.
  • Ability to speak French would be advantageous.
