We have a great opportunity for a Demand Manager to join our Central Functions Supply Chain team in Worksop.
Role Purpose
To lead the demand planning process for your team, ensuring processes facilitate data sharing and reviews, engaging with sites, sales teams and customers, and ensuring decisions on priorities are made
Key Responsibilities
Lead the demand planning process for your team over relevant short and/or long term horizons to ensure accurate forecasting with Commercial and Operational functions as required
Ensure consistency and alignment across the demand planning team through collaboration with other Demand Managers to drive a standardized and efficient process
Manage and develop your team to support their growth and delivery of supply chain metrics and business plans
Ongoing management & analysis of customer KPI’s to maximise sales & availability whilst balancing waste & efficiency in the supply chain, collaborating with customers where relevant
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimise performance to deliver business effectiveness and cost efficiency
