Delivery Manager

Job DescriptionOur client, a prominent player in the Entertainment & Technology industry, is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join their team on a 12-month interim contract. This is a remote position with occasional key meetings held in London. This role will report into the programme lead and also work alongside a team of Developers, QA’s and business analysts. This role is paying £500pd. It is outside of IR35. There is a requirement to meet with the team for some key project meetings, but you can consider this an almost remote / fully hybrid position requiring 1-2 days on site a month. Role and Responsibilities:As the Senior Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects in a B2B SaaS business that operates in the Entertainment Technology space. Your key responsibilities will include:* Leading and managing project teams to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic and agile environment.* Utilizing your expertise in SaaS and Cloud technologies, with a focus on AWS.* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.* Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources.* Applying your knowledge of agile project delivery methodologies.Qualifications and Experience:To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:* Proven experience in Agile project delivery, particularly in SaaS environments.* Ideally 5+ years Technical project/programme management background* Familiarity with working alongside test driven development (TDD)* Ability to lead customer engagements, gaining their trust and nurturing open two-way dialogue* Develop and manage deliverable plans, tracking issues, risks and budgets* Strong familiarity with SaaS and Cloud technologies, with a specific focus on AWS.* Music, entertainment, or gaming industry experience is beneficial but not essential.* Exceptional communication and leadership skills.* The ability to manage both onshore and remote teams effectively.If you are a seasoned Delivery Manager our client is looking for, and you're ready to take on an exciting 12-month interim contract in the Entertainment Technology industry, we'd love to hear from you.
