Delivery Driver

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and punctual Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and packages to designated locations in a safe and timely manner.

The Delivery Driver will primarily operate a 3.5 tonne company vehicle, ensuring that all deliveries are made efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities also include loading and unloading cargo (Gas cylinders, Beer Kegs, and sundry goods), adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations, and maintaining delivery records.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as the Delivery Driver will interact with business and private customers during deliveries.

Full PPE and training will be provided.

5 Days a week – Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

Requirements:

• Full driver's license with a clean driving record.


• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role.


• Familiarity with local roads and routes


• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages as job will be physically demanding.


• Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Attention to detail and a focus on safety.


• Age required to be over 25 for insurance purposes.
