Duration: 6 Month Rolling Contract

Position Description:

  • Delivery Coordinator
  • To enable the Client to meet our ambitious digitalisation plans, the Asset & Resource team has been established as part of the development of a class leading, high performing and best practice Transformation Organisation.
  • The Asset & Resource team works closely with the relevant stakeholders using Maintenance and Time & Attendance systems and ensures the business users requirements are captured, understood and delivered in any change or new system deployment.
  • The team also work closely with the Business Systems delivery team, they are the crucial bridge between technical delivery and companywide adoption, acting as the mechanism to maximise the value and benefit of the Manufacturing Digitalisation & Innovation programmes within the business
  • The Asset & Resource team is accountable for working with stakeholders, supporting change and deploying manufacturing programme content across the Clients' global footprint.
  • This opportunity is for a Delivery Coordinator position within the Asset & Resource team in Manufacturing Digitalisation & Innovation organisation.
  • The Role Reporting to the Asset & Resource Management Global Process Lead, you will be working as a Delivery Coordinator at the Client's site based from Solihull, West Midlands.
  • You will be responsible for Co-ordinating the Delivery of the SAP Plant Maintenance system by planning system releases / upgrades, coordinating change requests & aligning with our Digital programme deployment plans; ensuring that the developed products meet requirements; end to end processes are updated; testing is planned; training is created / delivered and the content is communicated/ identify resource constraints & planning conflicts.
  • You will work closely with business leads within our Manufacturing sites as well as internal and external developers.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in project delivery / management role
  • Experience of using Microsoft Excel for project planning
  • Available to work on-site 5 days per week

Experience Required:

  • Understanding and knowledge of business requirements and solution design methodologies
  • Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to remain positive and focused under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of establishing, building and maintaining relationships
  • Working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to a changing working environment
  • Responding quickly and decisively to changing circumstances and able to deal with ambiguity MS Office suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)

Experience Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing processes
  • Project Management qualifications (Agile PM / PMQ / Prince / APM CM)
  • Agile Scrum delivery methodology

Education Required:

  • KPI's - You will be communicating and engaging across production, maintenance, engineering, digital and business teams to ensure stakeholders understand and are committed to delivery of manufacturing system upgrades.
  • Working with development teams, third parties, operations teams, and business areas to plan & co-ordinate deployments by: Creating a project / deployment plan (aligned with other projects where applicable)
  • Risk identification and management via a change impact assessment
  • Arranging walk through sessions for the business and impacted users
  • Seeking engagement and buy-in from essential stakeholders
  • Any other task deemed suitable for the skillset of this role

Additional Information:

  • Required to travel across midlands and up to Liverpool on occasion
