Job Description
We are hiring a Delivery Consultant for a recruitment company based in Hertfordshire.
They are a well-respected, established brand in Life Sciences. They are adding headcount into the team and are looking to hire a Delivery Consultant to work closely with the team sourcing talent for roles across the UK, US and Europe. You will deliver on urgent hires and also build a pipeline for future hiring needs across permanent individual hires, project teams of consultants and contractor hires.
All the usual tools are provided to help you be successful and you will be trained in all areas to progress into a full recruitment role.
If you have previous recruitment experience or come from a sales or customer service background and are looking for a new challenge this could be a good move!
Based in the office 3 days a week and 2 from home. Competitive commission.
