They do this by sourcing the best candidates for their roles.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Graduate Delivery Consultant/Trainee Delivery Consultant
will include:

Work closely with Account Managers
Source the best possible candidates for open vacancies with our A class clients
Qualify candidates to an impeccable standard
Keep our database up to date with correct information
Format cover sheets to send to clients
Work alongside KPIs to hit your targetsWhat experience you need to be the successful Delivery Consultant/Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Motivated
Having sales experience would be advantageous
Can work independently and as part of a team
Have excellent organisational and communication skills
Good attention to detail
Self-motivated
Hard working
Ideally be degree qualified (not essential)
Have a passion for customer service
