Delivery Co-Ordinator

Aquatic Engineering & Construction; part of Acteon Group, is a global leader in laying and retrieving flexible and semi rigid products from the seabed in support of the renewables, oil and gas and telecommunications markets. The company has proven ability in shallow / deep water, and extensive experience of off and onshore installations, transpooling, recovery and decommissioning.

Aquatic are currently looking to hire a Delivery Co-Ordinator on a full time, permanent basis. Based at their facility in Aberdeen, the Delivery Co-Ordinator will support Project Delivery Team on all aspects, including Personnel Planning & Allocation, Travel Arrangements, Visa Requirements, Training & Medicals; working toward being able to manage the delivery of these aspects, whilst also being responsible for administrative tasks required to keep the projects running smoothly.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Application of robust controls via Navision to ensure accurate resource allocation & planning, maximising the revenue & margin throughout the projects.
• Support the Project Manager as the client's representative.
• Build strong relationships with specific clients at appropriate levels.
• Booking and management of all projects related travel & accommodation.
• Maintain records of personnel Medicals & Training.
• Application and management of all projects related Visa's.
• Support with the planning and allocation of project personnel.
• Raising of Purchase Orders using Navision.
• Any other general administration duties as required.

Required

• Demonstrable operational experience supporting client organisations with excellent safety behaviours and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic environment.
• Flexible approach to responsibilities and tasks.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Educated to SQA National 5 or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Navision is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Openly faces difficult situation with confidence and always adopts a "can do" attitude.
