We are seeking a highly motivated sales executive to undertake both international sales to overseas clients and also encourage delegates to book our industry leading conferences . The ideal candidate will have a previous sales experience, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.



Essential Responsibilities



Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.



Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business and secure future sales.



Lead Generation: Utilise various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking, to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.



Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for delegates, address inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.



Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and targeted messaging to drive delegate attendance.



Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and delegates to continuously improve our events and enhance the delegate experience Qualifications & Characteristics



Track record in sales, with a minimum of 18 months experience in B2B sales.



Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.



Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. J

Basic salary, the amount dependent on experience



Commission on all sales with a realistic commission & bonus of £5k in the first year



This comprised of commission, monthly targets and event targets
