As a
Defense Mission Operations Analyst
, you’ll bring your
understanding of Joint and Naval doctrine, Naval integration efforts, the Joint and Marine Corps planning process (MCPP), and the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
to work on projects enhancing Joint and Marine Air Ground Task Force readiness. You’ll
develop
exercise and pre-deployment plans of action and milestones, manage execution of events, support briefs, assessment plans, exercise observation reports and recommendations, after action reviews,
information papers,
and training and education program analysis reports
. You’ll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes,
and coordinate and manage exercise life cycle
planning
events and provide exercise support with a focus on improving force readiness.
You’ll impact the work we do for Naval Force integration
and the solutions we deliver for Joint Task force and
defense mission planning and operations

The world can’t wait. You Have:8+ years of experience with the Marine Corps Planning Process or Military Decision-Making Process5+ years of experience with Joint Task Forces (JTF), the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF), Fleet, or major subordinate command level3+ years of experience with Joint, Naval, or Expeditionary Operations planning, including Marine Expeditionary Units (MEUs), Special Purpose MAGTFs (SPMAGTFs), or Purpose-Built Task Forces (PBTFs)Experience with exercise control activities, including exercise design and implementation of exercise storylines, vignettes, and Master Scenario Events ListsExperience with drafting briefs, orders, papers, and letters commensurate with a senior level military commandKnowledge of Marine Corps Service-level concepts, doctrine, and campaign plan designAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeTS/SCI clearanceBachelor’s degreeGraduate of Expeditionary Warfare School or Command and Staff CollegeNice If You Have:Experience with Information related capabilities and Information Operations and effects planningExperience on Marine Expeditionary Unit staffExperience supporting operations in General Officer and Flag level headquartersExperience with the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP)Experience with Indo-Pacific Command Area of Responsibility and Central Command Area of ResponsibilityExperience with drafting and sending information messages via the automated message handling system (AMHS)Experience with the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS)Experience with Command and Control Information Environment (C2IE) SystemGraduate of Top Level military professional military educationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.Create Your Career: Grow With Us Your growth matters to us—that’s why we offer a variety of ways for you to develop your career.

The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
