The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a law firm, specifically handling debt recovery proceedings. While training can be provided, it is essential that you possess a good knowledge and understanding of debt recovery enforcement proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting enforcement proceedings for debt recovery.


• Negotiating legal costs and settlements.


• Managing credit control activities.


• Issuing part 8 proceedings when necessary.


• Conducting thorough research on debt recovery matters.


• Providing advice and guidance to clients on debt recovery processes.


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


• Effectively managing a caseload of debt recovery matters.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a law firm dealing with debt recovery proceedings.
