Job Title: Debt Collection Specialist
Location: Glasgow City Centre - Hybrid
Salary: Up to �28,000 basic + monthly bonus
About the Company:
My client are a multi award winning Consumer Finance client who specialise with the Education sector. They are a small business however have a well established team with the average length of service being 7 years!
They are looking to grow their Debt Recovery department and are looking to speak with those who are at the top of their game with the recoveries market!
The ideal candidate would have more than 2 years of experience with the DCA/DMA industry and will bring with them a wealth of expertise with gaining positive outcomes on each call!

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Contact customers by telephone to arrange repayments of outstanding debts
* Negotiate repayment plans
* Take customers through TEXAS and sign post accordingly
* Provide strong customer service to all customers
* Be empathetic and an active listener
