This is a chance to work with a friendly, driven, and diverse team that services client across on large scale international transactions.Responsibilities:Lead tax due diligence and tax structuring projects (post-deal and pre-deal), collaborating with specialists and transaction support teams.Deliver bespoke tax advice in a fast-paced and ever-changing deals market.Work with the wider firm network and seek specialist input for international transactionsDevelop your network of contacts and cross-sell services.Foster key transaction relationships, including private equity firms.Requirements:Any of the following preferred: ACA/ ICAS/ CAI/ ATT / CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA, e.g. law qualification)In-depth knowledge of UK taxation and the ability to handle complex tax issues related to transactions.Ability to use tax technical knowledge & insights in a fast-paced commercial environmentDon't miss this fantastic opportunity.
