Could you be our next Dealing Services Team Leader?An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to lead our Dealing Services Team. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to their teams, ensuring we achieve specific team objectives, and, above all, deliver an excellent customer experience.Key responsibilities:Manage inbound telephony for AJ Bell productsEnsure all complaints are communicated in line with the agreed processesEnsure FCA regulations are complied with at all timesEnsure internal and group service level agreements (SLAs) are met in fullInvestigate and resolve queries / issues by liaising with areas of the business ensuring standards and timelines are metProduce and deliver monthly MI to track service levelsManage and develop staff to ensure consistent quality of client serviceRequired experience/skills:Experience within an equity and collectives trading environmentYou will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalentincluding Maths and EnglishKnowledge of shares and unit trustsSpecific technical working knowledge of a telephony contact centre environmentSound knowledge of telephony services, call management and service level environmentsExcellent oral and written communicationsExperience in the leadership and development of othersProblem solving and decision making skillsStrong organisational and prioritisation skillsAbout us:AJ Bell is one of the fastest-growing investment platform businesses in the UK offering an award-winning range of solutions that caters for everyone, from professional financial advisers, to DIY investors with little to no experience.
