Dealer Development Manager - Marketplace. Generous basic salary and OTE of up 55-60K

Autorola’s Fleet Monitor a is a centralized end-to-end fleet management, inspection and valuation platform which enables fleet owners to efficiently manage and process their assets. It links effortlessly to the fleet operator’s back office system.

We are now seeking a Dealer Development Manager to support our Marketplace business unit as we roll out our new Trade In App.
Role purpose
As a Dealer Development Manager for Marketplace you will be part of a team responsible for growing our business at a regional and national level through our remarketing channels. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with current customers and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
This is a field based role where you will:
· proactively prospect and visit customers on a daily basis to demonstrate and sell Autorola Marketplace products and services.
· Raise awareness of Autorola as a business, our products, and our brand.
· Win new business and maximise revenue from existing customers.
· Maintain relationships with existing customers.
· Generate leads from prospects and customers for all Autorola products and services.
· Collaborate and build relationships with our internal sales team and support functions.
· Responsible for ensuring all activity is updated and maintained on our internal CRM database with all relevant Information.
· Respond to any sales enquiries or leads by organising and following up meetings with customers or prospects.
· Feedback market intelligence and data to the Marketplace team.
· Represent the Company professionally at all times
· Represent Autorola at industry events and any promotional events.
Requirements and key skills
· Sales experience across B2B – essential.
· Minimum of 3 years experience in a field-based role sales role, ideally in the automotive sector.
· A Driven and proactive mindset.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Ability to convince others to absorb/embrace new products and concepts.
· Highly organised in approach coupled with the ability to manage personal time effectively.
· Self-starter with the ability to work remotely.
· IT skills- strong ability to use Excel and PowerPoint
