Deal Structurer (Office & Field Based) – Property FinanceDeal Structurer (Office & Field Based) – Property FinanceOur client, one of the UKs fastest growing providers of Business Lending solutions within the SME marketplace is looking to bring on an experienced Deal Structurer to join their expanding team in London and the South-East.Key Responsibilities:To support the Business Development team in structuring and packaging Property backed transactions up to circa £5 Million.To underwrite new business propositions within your own mandate.Act as 1 st
