Daytime Pastry Chef

Pastry chef de partie required in Berkshire , this role is normally Wednesday to Sunday 7am to 3pm. You will be creating all desserts, cakes, biscuits and helping with events. This daytime role is paying a basic salary of £28-30k on a 42hr contract. The pastry chef de partie will also sometimes support on breakfast shifts as well. 
The role

As a pastry chef de partie you will be working daytimes to  creating all desserts, cakes, biscuits and helping with events. This will be a mixture of British and French pastry items and for the various menus within the venue. From time to time you might be supporting with the pastry for a event and occasionally working a early evening. The role would also include some support on breakfasts as well. This role will include all the standard pastry chef duties of a pastry chef de partie
Experience

We are looking for a pastry chef at a pastry chef de partie level who can work on all areas within pastry and has experience with biscuits, cakes, desserts and event pastry. You will need some basic main kitchen skills as the role will sometimes help cover on breakfast shifts. You will be organised and have great attention to detail.
